About the Company:

Gerryville Homes is a leading real estate agency specializing in premium property sales in prime Nairobi neighborhoods. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to support the Founder and CEO in managing daily tasks and ensuring efficient operations.

Job Description:

As the Personal Assistant to the Founder and CEO, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining the CEO's schedule, handling communications, and assisting in various tasks to enhance their productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calendar and Email Management:

   - Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings.

   - Handle and prioritize email correspondence.

2. Travel Arrangements:

   - Make travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itineraries.

3. Communication Liaison:

   - Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

   - Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.

4. Task Coordination:

   - Coordinate and follow up on tasks assigned by the CEO.

   - Ensure timely completion of projects and assignments.

5. Meeting Support:

   - Prepare meeting agendas and materials.

   - Attend and record minutes during meetings, as needed.

6. Office Organization:

   - Maintain an organized office environment.

   - Order and manage office supplies.

7. Data Management:

   - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

   - Maintain and update records and databases.

8. Ad Hoc Projects:

   - Assist with various projects and tasks as requested by the CEO.


- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in office software and tools.

- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.

- Proactive and detail-oriented.
