As a Videographer at Gerryville Homes, you will play a crucial role in visually presenting our properties to potential buyers. Your creative skills and technical expertise will be essential in producing high-quality video content that showcases the beauty and features of our listings.
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos that showcase real estate properties, emphasizing their unique features and selling points.
- Utilize professional camera equipment and editing software to produce high-quality videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create video concepts and storyboards.
- Develop shot lists and ensure efficient video production.
- Identify ideal shooting locations within various neighborhoods.
- Ensure that each property is captured in the best possible light.
- Set up and manage lighting and audio equipment to ensure excellent video quality.
- Capture high-quality audio for property tours and descriptions.
- Edit and enhance video content to create engaging and visually appealing property showcases.
- Add music, voiceovers, and graphics as needed.
- Deliver video content in various formats suitable for social media, websites, and presentations.
- Manage video files and archives.
- Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of video equipment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technology.
- Proven experience as a videographer, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Proficiency in video shooting, editing, and post-production software.
